Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.


2. Return Eligibility


We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or defective item received

Conditions:

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Unboxing video/photo proof is required for verification


3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn products

Products without original packaging

Size issues (unless wrongly sent by us)


5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund where applicable

Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and verified

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side

7. Order Refusal / COD Issues

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, future orders may be restricted

For COD orders, please ensure availability at delivery time
